Getting Started
-
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we'll get to know one another, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
-
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Many people contact me because something feels off, even if they can't fully explain why. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting challenges, anxiety, or concerns about your child, therapy offers a place to better understand your experience and explore what may be most helpful.
-
You don't need to decide before contacting me. During your consultation, we'll talk about what you're experiencing, your goals, and what feels like the best fit. Whether that's maternal mental health therapy, child therapy, EMDR therapy, or an EMDR Intensive, we'll decide together based on your needs.
-
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to better understand what's bringing you to therapy. We'll talk about your experiences, concerns, and goals as we begin building an approach that feels right for you.
-
Every person and family is different. Some come for support with a specific concern, while others choose longer-term therapy. We'll check in regularly and adjust our work together as your needs evolve.
-
Most therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes. EMDR Intensives are scheduled separately and vary in length depending on your treatment goals.

Services
-
Yes. I work with children experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, behavioral challenges, sensory differences, and difficulty expressing their feelings. My approach is child-centered, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming, with parents remaining an important part of the therapy process.
-
Yes. I support mothers during pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, grief, or simply feeling unlike themselves during this season of life.
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process distressing experiences that continue to affect them. It can help with trauma, anxiety, distressing memories, and other experiences that feel difficult to move beyond. We'll discuss whether EMDR is a good fit during your consultation or in your early sessions.
-
An EMDR Intensive is an extended therapy session that allows more time to focus on processing a specific concern without spreading the work over many weekly appointments. Some people choose an intensive because they prefer a more concentrated approach or have limited availability for weekly sessions.
During your consultation, we'll discuss your goals and decide together whether weekly EMDR therapy or an EMDR Intensive feels like the best fit.
-
EMDR Intensives can be a good fit for people who want to focus deeply on a specific concern, have limited availability for weekly sessions, or are seeking a more intensive therapy experience. During your consultation, we'll discuss your goals and decide together which approach best fits your needs.
